CORE AERATION

Hollow Core Aeration is a service performed in March.

Over winter, the soil below your lawn will have become compacted. This reduces the space beneath the soil that would normally hold air, depriving the roots of oxygen, nutrients and water all essential for good growth. Hollow Core Aeration removes hundreds of small plugs of soil from your lawn, breaking up the sub surface thatch and allowing increased water, nutrients and oxygen to enter the soil. Additionally, Hollow Core Aeration reduces fertilizer run off ensuring the treatments produce optimum results.

SPRING AND FALL CLEANUPS

Property clean up services provide bed and lawn cleaning in the Spring and in the Fall. We provide Spring Clean Up services between the months of March and April and Fall Clean Up services between the months of October and the middle of December. During Spring, we rake up leaves from your lawn and yard, clean out landscaped beds and remove broken branches caused from the winter snow. During Fall, our clean up services include blowing out leaves from the lawns, raking and collection of leaves and debris from bed areas. Keeping landscaped areas cleaned of all leaves and debris maintains soil balance and promote healthy plants.

SPRING/FALL TRIMMING AND PRUNING

Give your home that sharp detailed look. Spring and Fall are the best times to make changes to a plant's shape and size. Trimming shrubs and small bushes is essential in promoting their optimal health because it allows them to receive maximum sunlight and water. Pruning improves a plant's appearance and encourages flower

development. Trimming and pruning is an important part of landscape maintenance

because it maintains desired tree shapes, controls plant sizes, while keeping your trees, shrubs and bushes healthier and more beautiful.

MULCH REPLACEMENT

Landscape mulch is used as a protective cover to help modify the effects of climate, protect against weed growth, and block evaporation of water from the soil. A fresh layer of mulch also helps beautify your overall landscape.

For best results planting beds should be cleared of existing weeds & debris before mulch is applied. Once applied, the total mulch depth should be no more than 4”. Yearly applications of 1-2” of fresh mulch are recommended due to normal decomposition and to keep your landscape looking its best.
